We're always happy to honour refund requests - but if we see repeated refund requests - it's likely our products aren't a good match for you.
If that's the case and you've submitted a third refund request in 12 months, or 3 refund requests consequtivly we're going to suggest we should part ways.
So - please don't be offended - but at that point, in most cases you will be added to our own purchase blacklist to ensure that we don't end up causing future disappointment.

That makes TOTAL sense and I whole-heartedly agree with that philosophy. In my case, this is my third request but for the FIRST product. So I don't think that means me. I did not find the right location to ask for the refund until today.
My first request was on Feb 28, I believe, or Mar 1. In either case, it was several days BEFORE the 30 cut off. Thanks, Randy
I have to agree. He's made a refund request for ONE product THREE times. That isn't three strikes, that is one request ignored three times.
