Should you not be able to access these services - or if they do not have the correct details - then you can locate the products purchased in Paypal - and then have your details resent by visiting the login page of the course in question.

We have our JVZ details but the login page and ticket system do not work for us due to the way the pages are designed. How do we get support when there is no other alternative given here?
