Please check that you have a valid and correct license key - we recommend cut and paste.
Next, ensure that you have an internet connection that is working and no fire wall blocking the app.
Then check the following:
That your system clock is correct on both time and date
That you have the latest version of Adobe Air.
If all of that is fine then do the following to remove a corrupted app:
Windows:
Go into the program files folder and delete the SocialSearchCloud folder
OSX:
Go to Finder, then to the top menu - and select the 'Go' menu. Hold down the Alt or Options key and the 'Library' will appear. Select that and navigate to the 'Application Support' folder and delete the SocialSearchCloud folder.
Also delete the app from the Applications folder.
Both Windows and OSX:
Download the latest version of the desktop app from the members area. Install that. This will ensure you have 100% fresh settings and your app will then authorise.
