Have you just switched to the new Paypal layout?
So have we.
And we can't find out how to cancel recurring billing.
If you're having the same issue - and can't find out where to go - then we suggest doing what we did.
Temporarily go back to the classic layout - you can do this from the top menu under 'More'.
Once you're back to classic
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the Profile icon at the top of the page, then select Profile and Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Select My money on the left side of the page.
- In the 'My pre-approved payments' section, click Update.
- Select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
- Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
If you need any further help - just let us know.
Just so you know - your license will then time out - and I'm afraid we don't allow people to return to the Social Control System - unless they've contacted us before hand.
